Geocache Description:

This series of caches are placed along the Eglish Heritage Trail and are designed to highlight the history of the area and the wonderful work of the Eglish Historical Society who are responsible for the historical information included below.


35 Lough Curran: The lough has a defensive crannog (artificial island) which was associated with Sessiamagaroll Fort.

The cache is a testtube with a magnet attached. Parking is at the gate.
