This series of caches are placed along the Eglish Heritage Trail and are designed to highlight the history of the area and the wonderful work of the Eglish Historical Society who are responsible for the historical information included below.
39 Birthplace of Harper Arthur O’Neill: Arthur 0 Neill (1734-1816) (The Blind Bard of Tyrone', who was appointed Professor of the harp by the Belfast Harp Society, was born around here and is said to be buried in Eglish graveyard.
The cache is a 50mm cylinder and parking is along side.
