Cache Effect: It has come to my attention that the cache is under water due to the ice that has dammed the canal and that the area is quite dangerous.
After some thought I am going to archive the cache since the owner is not active (hasn't been on the site since April 2015) and once the ic has melted even if the cache is not washed away it will certainly require some owner attention.
