This should be a quick C&D. The road is public, but the parking lots are marked private. Best park on the side of the road. Nice wide road and very little traffic to worry about.
I have got back into the spirit of hiding caches. I have hidden several so far this year. I saw a unique request for a cache of a particular nature. This one meets the requirements. Container it too small for a writing instrument, so bring your own. Give me a little wink if you make the subliminal connection, but don't spoiler it for others.
