We are holding a family reunion in Carrot River this summer and we will also celebrate my mom's 87th birthday on the same weekend. My mom and many of her 12 siblings were born in the Disley/Bethune area before our grandparents moved northeast to what became the family homestead. My mom was only 3 when she left this area but Disley represents part of her heritage nonetheless! This nice little village didn't have any caches and it was time to change that!
