Bridge over troubled water Traditional Cache

This is my first Cache placement but not my first choice. I decided to use this location as I'd spent some time here as a child and realized today that I hadn't been there in over 30 yrs, even though it is a few hundred feet from my front door. I suggest coming in from Indian road using May street as parking. The area should be wheelchair accessible but the cache itself may require a helper as its relatively close to the ground. There may be a few looky loo's around so you can park a block or so away and walk over to it. Have fun! p.s. Suggesting searchers make this a daytime find, Geofriends are reporting way too much mugggle interference after dark.A log extraction tool may be required.(Update: looks like the neighbor finally put up a privacy fence to shut up those darn doggos)
