Geocache Description:

A small clip lock box with swaps for the kids.

Cache is placed in small wooded area just off Garth Heads road. A short walk on from the hiding place lies a small play area and seating for you to rest awhile as the kids play. Designed to offer an alternative walk into town from the railway station a flight of steps near the play area will bring you to the main road running through Appleby. The cache is pretty well hidden and covered with dead leaves, twigs etc. Once located we wanted it to be nice for kids to find so have included a couple of things for small people. Please try and swap with something for kids if you do take a trinket - many thanks. Original items are log, pencil, toy pterodactyl, pink flower eraser, Star Trek floppet and a travel bug!! TB is a small koala attached to TB with The Pendragons dog tag also attached. Please keep items together for their travels. Cache placed along with TarnyLad.
