Located near a busy plaza in a busy uptown city of the Rio Grande Valley, and watch for red curbs for a sign of no parking, although there is are parking spaces. No guardrail here for this party!! So, not magnetic!! Another hint, the hint decrypted has no correspndance to the find here, so come out and join the party.
