Geocache Description:

I would like to say a BIG Thank you to MK Parks Trust for allowing geocachers to place caches on their land and allowing us to do this CITO :-)

CITO - Cache In Trash Out is an ongoing enviromental inititative supported by the worlwide geocaching community. Since 2002 geocachers around the world have been dedicated to improving parks and other cache friendly places. It is through these volunteer effors that we help preserve the natural beauty of surroundings. :-)

International cache in trash out weekend is an annual event where geocachers around the world either host or participate in a local event and as recognision for taking part you earn yoruself a lovely souvenier on your profile page :-)

This time last year I attended my very first event here and so thought that it would be just right to host my own CITO here this year :-)

The above co ords are for the parking area where I will be with a log book :-D Start time is 9am and finishing around 11am.You dont have to be here the entire 2 hours but if you can then that is great too :-)  Bin bags will be provided and I hope to have a few litter pickers by then, i fI do they will be limited so if you have your own then please bring them along or alternativly if you have any, you can use garden gloves.

Handwipes, old clothes and sensible shoes are recommended :-) and possibly rain jackets and unbrellas :-) or if we are really lucky please wear sunscreen!! :-)

There are quite a few other caches around the Stonepit Field that you can pick up along your way, if you havent already done so.

Warning: There is water nearby and as with any caching you do so at your own risk. Please be safe :-)
