Ugovizza è stato due disastri hanno colpito nel giro di 100 anni: il 13 settembre 1903 e il 29 agosto 2003 immerso causa di forti piogge enormi quantità di acqua mista a pietre, fango e massi attraverso la stretta gola del torrente Uqua e devastato la città. Nel 2003, la Mure era così violenta è stata la torre della chiesa parrocchiale di San Filippo e San Giacomo strappato completamente e lavato nel Fella. Che si trovano le case torrent anche stati così fortemente attratti dalla frana e alluvione colpite che erano inabitabili per ora.

Ugovizza wurde innerhalb einhundert Jahren von zwei Katastrophen heimgesucht: am 13. September 1903 und 29. August 2003 stürzten infolge starker Regengüsse enorme Wassermengen vermischt mit Stein-, Schlamm- und Geröllmassen durch die enge Schlucht des Wildbachs Uqua und verheerten den Ort. Im Jahr 2003 war die Mure so heftig, dass der Turm der Pfarrkirche der Heiligen Philipp und Jakobus zur Gänze weggerissen und in die Fella gespült wurde. Auch die am Sturzbach liegenden Häuser wurden durch die Vermurung und Überschwemmung derart stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, dass sie fürs Erste unbewohnbar wurden.

Ugovizza was two disasters struck within a hundred years: on 13 September 1903 and 29 August 2003 plunged due to heavy rains enormous amounts of water mixed with stone, mud and boulders through the narrow gorge of the torrent Uqua and devastated the town. In 2003, the Mure was so violent was the tower of the parish church of Saint Philip and Saint James torn away completely and washed into the Fella. Which lie at the torrent houses also were so strongly drawn by the landslide and flood affected that they were uninhabitable for now.
