FIFA 2015 - COSTA RICA Traditional Cache

This is a series of caches in and around the playing fields of Saskatoon to commemorate FIFA 2015 which is being played in six Canadian cities in June and July.  This is the first time that a senior World Cup has been hosted in Canada and we hope to cheer our women to the gold!

This will be the first appearance at the WWC for Las Ticas although the recent performances of their U17 and U20 National teams have been very promising.  They are led by one of the best keepers in the women’s game – Dinnia Diaz – whose penalty shoot-out heroics against Martinique led them through to Canada 2015.  They will open against Spain in Montreal on June 9
