This cache is part of 360 degrees of Maale Adumim tour. This series will lead you to some of the unique and beautiful sites in the city. If you want some more information about the city, you can find it on the internet. If you are in it for the rush of the cache then you are in the right place.
This lookout is located on the West side of Maale Adumim and offers a unique view of Jerusalem. You will be able to make out the three tall towers that are iconic of Eastern Jerusalem. To get a Better grasp of what you are looking at, you can utilize the plaque at the front of the viewpoint.
On your right you will see a mountain with one building stuck in the middle of it. This is the famous “E1” mountain that the media likes to talk about. They will have you believe that somehow, this hill is the central obstacle for world peace. In my opinion, it look like a mountain just like all the rest. Down under you, you will see the lake in all its glory.
As for the cache, my GPS was not getting a good signal so I recommend using the hints.
