On the way to Hog's Head you walk on a rural beach road that takes you through the most beautiful countryside. You may come from Waterville and walk to the south or you leave the Kerry Way for a moment to witness nature's beauty here. On the beach itself you have a spectacular view over Ballinskellig's Bay.
To get down to the Beach at Tralaher there is an official entry point (reference point: "Entry gate") - the only one you should use.
