Just North of Welshpool, on A483 towards Oswestry the first lay-by on the left.
This cache is in the first lay-by on the A483 just north of the A483 - A458 roundabout, towards Oswestry. A small mag cache, with only a log scroll so please have a pen with you. The Shropshire Union Canal can be seen off to the one side and the River Severn is just across the field one the other side of the mai road. The land around this area is known to flood on times of very heavy rainfall. But this lay-by does not flood. With views of Buttington and Trelydan this cache can be done as a cache and dash. Please be very carful with geokids and take charge of them with a firm hand. Parking is avilable in the lay-by.
