Located on the old Roscoe bridge
There is parking on the north end of the bridge, I believe a wheelchair could access and make the grab from this end. Will make it a 1 1/2 for terrain though. You could park along the road at the south end and the terrain would be more of a 2-3 depending on vegetation growth.
