This cache may well send you around the bend looking for it!
It is one of those hides that you could find straight away, or you could end up looking for hours and not finding.
Either way, it is worth stopping for a look.
I advise you to pull in to this layby on the way up the hill, rather than on your way down... but be very cautious of traffic which ever way you turn from.
