A line From A Robert Frost poem
"Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled"
Geocaching has a way of helping you to take the road less traveled and that is one of the things I like most about this obsession. I hope to find more places and trails like this to help us all take the the road less traveled.
In looking for nearby caches I have seen this park on maps for years and it has had very few traditional caches in it as far as I know and currently does not have any. I felt that this was a condition that needed to be remedied. What we have is a nice walk on a trail that seems to be paved for most of the way. Care needs to be taken on this somewhat busy road when parking or swing onto the nearby residential street. Be fore warned, on nice days there may be some white UFOs followed by curse words in the area. You are walking across an active gold course so please be alert when you get to an open area.
The cache itself is a camoed lock-n-lock box. There is a scratch off card that may make the person who is FTF a happy cacher.
Congrats to Cayuga Crew for FTF.
