Since the King Fire burned most of the area and caches around Stumpy Meadows, here's a new one so we can start Filling Stumpy UP Again!
No need to Kayak, just a short hike along the trail above the boat ramp... of course it's not an easy walk up! 
Right along the shoreline, you should be out of most muggles eyesight.
I didn't use a TOTT during placement, but a grabbing style TOTT won't help, but one that gives YOU a boost UP might!
No need to unhook the container... hold container body with one hand and pull the bottom out with the other. Please replace the cache exactly as found after logging or it will quickly get muggled. Be Careful!
Coords should get you close, let us know if you get a better reading. Since this is a Micro I have included a couple of "Spoiler" pics and did place a log just off the trail that is pointing right at GZ... of course I'm not sure how long it will stay there.
Once you see the hide, you still have to sign the log to post a find!
