Geocache Description:

A cache because caching is fun.  An easy puzzle, depending on your knowledge because I have a horrible time with too many puzzles.  Knowing a little bit about the classic "Who's on First" routine and baseball scoring could prove to be helpful.

FINAL 042.0A.BCD 076.0W.XYZ A There is an object at the initial coordinates that I am infatuated with. I don’t know why it is here and the cache starts at this spot. If you have cached Castle Gardens before, you have probably been here. A=the number of protrusions you will find on this object multiplied by the standard scoring position of the catcher position. B Is the scoring position of the player never named minus the number of letters in the First Baseman’s name. C The number of letters in the Pitcher’s name minus the standard scoring position of the catcher position. D Standard scoring position of the pitcher added to the standard scoring position of the 1st baseman W The standard scoring position for the 3rd baseman X The standard scoring position for the 2nd baseman minus the number of letters in the 2nd baseman’s name. Y The standard scoring position for the left fielder minus the number of letters in the center fielder’s name. Z “I Don’t Care” plays what position? What is the standard scoring number assigned to this spot?
