Opened in May 1969 on property made available by the City of Vancouver, Blenheim Lodge is a senior's complex care facility located in Vancouver's west side. One of the residents at the time of this cache's creation, my mother, has joined us on some previous Geocache finds when she was more able. We wanted to place this cache here partially as a tribute to her. Plus, due to our weekly visits to the Lodge, it gives us frequent opportunity to check up on the cache's state.
