Matthew Henson was the first African American Arctic Explorer, which kind of makes him like a geocacher in the winter climates here. The park named after him is a greenway along the Turkey Branch of Rock Creek. The park runs from Aspen Hill to Layhill, Maryland, linking the Rock Creek Trail with the Sligo Creek Trail.
This cache is a little bit different. Finding the cache will be a piece of cake, but the real difficult part will be to sign the log. Everything is in the container to help you find and sign the log, it is just up to you to discover the secret!
