Welcome to the Central Indiana version of the Jasmer Challenge. This cache is based on the original Jasmer Challenge, GC1GBC1, from December 2008. jasmerb, the originator of this challenge, has encouraged other cachers to create a copy of this challenge in their local area. The difficulty and terrain ratings reflect the fact that cachers must typically travel to several states or countries to meet the requirements of this challenge. This challenge gets more difficult as time passes.
Rules for Claiming a Find
First, a couple basic and generally permissive rules. These are primarily intended not to exclude certain cache finds, but rather to head off potential concerns and emphasize that pretty much all of your cache finds are included in your challenge qualifications. This challenge is tough enough without disqualifying large chunks of finds! All types of caches are eligible. All previous finds are eligible, whether logged before or after the publication of this challenge. Finds in any city, state, region, country, or extraterrestrial body are eligible. Go get the space station cache for your October 2008 find if you want! Finds on archived or inactive caches are eligible. Again, pretty much all of your finds will be eligible for this challenge. There are a few relatively small restrictions. The date for determining the month filled by each cache is the "Hidden" date shown immediately below the cache title. If there is a disagreement between the date of publication and date hidden, the date hidden will be used. Since the date hidden is a user-specified field, there are a few caches with bogus "Hidden" dates. We aren't going to be scrutinizing hidden dates extensively, but caches with an obviously bogus hidden dates (e.g. falsely backdated) are not eligible. If you know that a particular cache has a bogus hidden date, please don't use it for this challenge!
In order to log this cache, you need to provide the GC code of a cache that was placed in each month of 2000 and 2001 in your log entry (20 GC codes) along with the date you found each (see example below with my caches). Of course, you must find caches placed in all other months (up to and including the current month) as well, but those tend to be easier to come by and do not require as much verification. As of April 15, 2015 this means you'll need to find 180 caches, at a minimum, in order to complete this challenge.
Special note: The cache GC1HTTN, Daylight Savings Time Machine, is NOT eligible for this challenge. Please exclude it from your results.
Additionally, please provide a screenshot of your cache finds based on the Placed Month. You can do this a few different ways... If you use My Geocaching Profile you can capture and post a screen shot of your Jasmer Challenge Grid from your profile page OR you can capture and post a screenshot of your stats from Project-GC OR you can use various macros in GSAK OR you may submit a bookmark or just a plain old-fashioned list.

Note: The cache is an ammo can and the hide is rated 1.5/2. It is NOT a devious hide. I live close enough to check on the cache after every find (or DNF) to ensure it's there and properly signed and replaced. If you do not meet the qualifications of the Jasmer Challenge, please do not log it. Non-qualifying logs (including NOTES changed to FOUND) will be deleted.
