Just another strange place in Borrego Springs that I drive by and wonder.
This two story house was here before I moved to Borrego Springs in 2001 but has sat empty the entire time. I don't know the whole story but it has something to do with not getting the right permits. Just another strange place in the valley. As with any desert cache, look before you reach.
