Geocache Description:

The Dorothy Frances Rice Sanctuary for Wildlife is surrounded by red spruce, balsam fir and northern hardwood trees. The sanctuary is home to moose and beaver. Join me (paulinka65) on Monday for a beautiful walk through nature.

Lace up your hiking boots and don your bug spray. We will start our hike at 10 AM rain or shine at the Dorothy Frances Rice Wildlife Sanctuary in Peru MA. This should be an easy to moderate hike with only a 570 ft. elevation gain. The hike should take no more than two hours.
