This cache is on the North Bound A5 Shrewsbury near to th A458 round about. A nice spot to stop on your way into Wales or if you're heading north.
In the last lay-by on the A5 Shrewsbury by-pass just before the A458 to Welshpool road. The Cache is a black plastic tubular type with a screw top lid,about 130mm long and 30mm round. The Shrewsbury by-pass was built around 1992 at the cost of some £64 Million. The cache is in the trees just by the side of the lay-by , a busy piece of road so please take normal parental precautions with geokids. A handy place to stop and cache and grab justr before youy head off north or west into Wales, or on a day out shopping. You do not have to leave the lay-by to bag this one and you may find the trees hide you from muggles as you do so,only a log and a pencil in this one but fun all the same. Enjoy and have a nice day.
