Most Siekierkowski jest siódmym mostem drogowym w Warszawie. Jest najbardziej na południe wysuniętym mostem w Warszawie. Łączy Mokotów i Wawer. Most został oddany do użytku 21 września 2002 r. Budowa mostu wraz z drogami dojazdowymi trwała 2 lata. Długość mostu wynosi 500 m, a szerokość całkowita 33-40 m. Most posiada 5 przęseł. Konstrukcja przeprawy jest podwieszona na dwóch 90 m pylonach w kształcie litery H. Do pylonów są przymocowane 54 stalowe liny nośne, pomalowane na kolor jaskrawopomarańczowy, który ma chronić ptaki przed zderzeniem z konstrukcją. Most składa się z dwóch jezdni o trzech pasach ruchu każda. Dla ruchu pieszego i rowerowego wybudowano chodniki o szerokości od 3 do 5,19 m. Most jest bardzo przyjezdny dla turystyki pieszej i rowerowej.
