Bei diesem Cache geht es um eine bedeutende Person der Luftfahrt, seine „Erfindung“ und die daraus entstandene Firma, welche bis heute das Produkt vermarktet. Der Cache selbst ist ein Mystery-Multi.
Er war ein Pionier der Luftfahrt. Seine Pilotenlizenz bekam er 1929 noch von den Wright-Brüdern. Er „erfand“ die Flugnavigationskarten – und zwar, um zu überleben. In Gedenken daran wurden 3 Statuen von ihm angefertigt. Eine davon befindet sich im Großraum Frankfurt – wo genau, könnt ihr mit der Karte herausfinden (Diese Karte ist eine modifizierte Anflugkarte auf Frankfurt und ist NICHT zur Flugnavigation geeignet!). Beachtet die Hints, ihr müsst nicht jegliche Varianten durchprobieren - dafür stehen zu viele Zahlen auf der Karte. Die gesuchten Koordinaten befinden sich am Stück zusammen, maximal getrennt durch Sonderzeichen und können mit dem Geochecker überprüft werden. Dort erhaltet ihr auch das Rätsel für die erste Station.
Die anderen beiden Statuen befinden sich in einer Stadt außerhalb Deutschlands. In dieser Stadt wurde außerdem ein großes öffentliches Gebäude nach ihm benannt. Der Gesamtkomplex, zu welchem dieses Gebäude gehört, kann wiederum durch verschiedene Abkürzungen eindeutig definiert werden. Gesucht ist die vierstellige Abkürzung „ABCD“ des Gesamtkomplexes. Diese wird dann für das Final benötigt.

The whole complex of buildings can be defined by many different abbreviations. Search for the four-letter code “ABCD” of the whole complex of buildings. This one is necessary for the final.
