Little Man's 5th! 3.0 -aka What? There's nothing at Wilson?
I was waiting for my ordered containers to hide my first cache and got bumped out of one of my spots by some precious brownies... Not waiting anymore! It's my son's birthday today and he wants to hide a geocache. Wilson Centre is a busy place-lots of hockey parents and kids around, visitors to the library, commuters from the train and right on a main traffic route. Let's keep this one going-use lots of stealth! He is very proud. I'd hate to tell him it's gotten muggled in the future!
So, the first version of our cache was in a cherry tree that was chopped down with the construction. Then we moved it to the base of a nearby Douglas Fir that soon met that same fate. Now at 10 years old, he wants to keep the cache still going, but with only one remaining tree in the area (and fully behind fences), we've had to reimagine this cache a little. Still a park and grab...
