Not far from here a major medical center purchased an entire neighborhood, demolished it, and is rebuilding as we speak.
I consider this Exhibit A in my case to prove how Albany is Redesigning Residential. Exhibit B is located here. At GZ near a parking area and residential road you will see a once thriving neighborhood. This neighborhood is being redesigned by time and nature.
You can access GZ several ways: Yale Ct. is an open street in which you can drive or walk. On weekends the parking lot is open for a quick stop.
I hope this experience is an eye opener. Pay attention to attributes and hint if you find your time here unproductive.
