Geocache Description:

The parking coordinates are within a cemetery so no night caching and please be respectful of the location.  Once parked look down to the wood line and you will see an opening for a path.  Use the path to take you to the cache.  The path curves around and no bushwacking is required until very near the cache.

The Cache

Finding a Bird House is just the first step necessary to claim a smiley on this gadget cache.  You will find it attached to a tree at the coordinates provided. Once there open the flap on the right side of the Bird House .... to do this you will need the last 3 digits of the Bird House coordinates.  Opening that flap will give you access to the gadget needed to unlock the front flap of this cache.  Pull it OUT GENTLY!!

Time to start drawing!!!!

You MUST start in the lower left corner, near the *  with both right and left pointers, pointing straight up.

Follow the below instructions to solve for the combination. R=Right, L=Left, CW = ClockWise, CCW = CounterClockWise, 1 = ONE full turn, 1/2 = half turn.

L-CW-1/2

R-CW-1, R-CCW-1

L-CW-1

R-CW-1, R-CCW-1/2,  L-CCW-1/2,  R-CW-1/2,  L-CW-1/2,  R-CCW-1,

L-CW-1

R-CW-1,  R-CCW-1/2,  L-CCW-1/2,  R-CW-1/2

Now use your drawing (if you've done it correctly) to open the lock on the front flap.  Inside the locked compartment you will find a container with the log book and a pen.

After signing the log do your happy dance then please re-set the gadget for the next cacher so they start in lower left and with both sides pointing straight up.  Return both the container and gadget to the compartments where you found them and lock both being sure to change the combination numbers.
