<The location>
"Nagoya Central Garden"(NCG) is a community-development project, first developed in 2007.
Under the 'District-Planning Proposal' option of Japan's "Urban Planning Act," the municipal authority relaxed the height-regulation of buildings, and the developer deliberately arranged quality high-rise apartment blocks, planting areas, and commercial properties on the former old apartment site of a railroad company.
Many visitors come to reputable shops -- restaurants, an imported-food supermarket, a confectioner, a bakery, and so forth -- here on weekend.
Remember that parking spaces are available but not free; 100 Yen per 20 min.

The published coordinates lead you to the location of a signboard showing NCG's map. Enjoy choosing shops that interest you. At the same time, on the same sign, find three figures shown in the photo at the end of this description.

これは、２段階のマルチキャッシュです。
＜この場所について＞
「ナゴヤセントラルガーデン」は、2007年に誕生した街づくりプロジェクトです。
元々あった鉄道会社の古い社宅の跡地に、都市計画法上の「地区計画提案制度」を利用して、建築物の高度制限を緩和させ、高層マンション、緑化スペース、話題性のある店舗が計画的に配置されています。
週末になると、人気のレストランや輸入食品スーパー、洋菓子店などを目当てに大勢の人が訪れています。
お車でお越しの場合、駐車場はありますが、有料（20分ごとに100円）ですので、ご注意ください。
