The cemetery suggests that the property has been active since the 1860s and various establishments have come and gone. House, sheds and barn are now gone, but the church and cemetery remain. The schoolhouse type building was actually a church, The Shiloh Methodist Church built in 1857. The land at the time was owned by Samuel Robb. His grave stone is there as well as many family members, 2 wives, Martha and Mary and his parents, John Robb and Mary Young (also on this site). In 1892 a grist mill was built nearby. Many of the headstones were of people from Irish and Scottish decent, and many families are at this site.
