Honoring their Success Mystery Cache

NOTE:  The cache is not located at the posted coordinates (although I've always thought that it would be a really neat place to hide a cache).  You'll have to solve the puzzle to decipher the final resting place of the cache.

Teams in the National Football League retire jersey numbers of players who are considered by the team to have extraordinary talent and have made significant contributions to that team's success. As with other leagues, once a team retires a player's jersey number, it never issues the number to any other player, unless the player explicitly allows it.

With that information in mind, it shouldn't be too difficult to solve this puzzle.
