Note that this cache is accessible only from the water (thus, the terrain "5" indicator). No reason to go onto the shore. I placed it from my kayak and that would be the best way to reach it. Please make sure you are careful not to drop the cache into the water and take care not to destroy the surrounding branches that hide it from muggles.
