A short series of caches along the river traveled by canoe or similar transport. All should be very easy to find and can be found with out standing up or getting out of your canoe
We have had this little section of river in mind for some time now to place a few caches along. Depending on the time of year water depth may very from 2 feet to 6 feet in most places. There are a lot of different sights to be seen as you paddle this area from beaver to deer, frogs, turtles muskrats and lots of fish if you look sharp. There is no reason to leave the water to get any of the caches we have placed. They were all placed from our canoe as we enjoyed the peaceful glide along. You will only travel so fare up the river before water depth will keep you from going any farther. Round trip of about an hour to hour and half should bring you back to your starting point. Please enjoy the peaceful ride and remember to play safe. Don't be surprised if you see others on the river as it is a popular area during the warmer seasons.
