Quotes Challenge Mystery Cache

Not many caches have as their first notation the first part of a quote.  To qualify you must list 20 caches that begin with the first part of a quotation mark and has the second quotation mark after that.  Caches names that do not begin with a quoatation mark do not qualify.  Caches beginning with a quotaion mark are realtively rare; of my 8800 finds to date, I have only 93 that begin with a quoation mark. 

Cache names with the quotation embedded within but do not begin with the first half of a quotation mark do not qualify, like : This is the "End" would not qualify, but "This is the End" would.  List your 20 finds with the name of the cache, its GC code, and date of find.  Some examples that would qualify are given below:

1.  "Carlas Cache"   GC1G33D   9/12/14

2.  "MAYO" Midway    GC2GBJQ   8/21/14

3.  "C" Cache            GC2JHCK   9/28/13
