Vincent Van Gogh Challenge Mystery Cache

One of Vincent van Gogh's most famous piece of artwork is the Starry Night. For this challenge, you will be asked to have a Starry Day (and Night, if needed). An All-Starry Day, in fact.

You will have to find each of the eighteen Difficulty and Terrain Starry ratings in a single 24-hour Day.

THIS CACHE *IS* AT THE POSTED COORDINATES
BUT HAS A SPECIAL LOGGING REQUIREMENT.

Your mission: In one single day (12:00am to 11:59pm), find and log a cache at each of the nine levels of difficulty and each of the nine levels of terrain (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5). You will have a minimum of 9 caches and a maximum of 17 caches. (Yes, 17 is correct as the '18th' would have identical ratings to one other - trust me on this one!)

Requirement Details

• Cache types do not matter, but each cache must have a physical log to sign (i.e., Traditional, Multi, Unknown/Mystery, Letterbox, Event and CITO). Standard signing guidelines apply.

• Caches may be from anywhere and you may already have qualified with a previous Starry Day.

• This cache can be signed on any day you like, but all the Starry caches must be signed on the same single calendar day. If signed on the same day, you may use this cache's ratings for some of your Starry finds.

• Challenge caches (of type Unknown/Mystery) may be used if-and-only-if they are signed on the same day they are claimed. No stocking up and completing this challenge from home. That might be another challenge. Just kidding.

• Caches ratings are as of the day you sign them. If a rating is subsequently changed, please note that in your log.

• Liar caches (i.e., artificially high ratings) also do not count for this challenge.

As per custom, I do qualify for this challenge with my busy day of August 5, 2014. In fact, that day I almost qualified for a double Van Gogh.
