Miradouro do Escalvado
Aqui é possível desfrutar do maravilhoso "Pôr-do-Sol".

It was a place of particular importance in whaling. Here, there was a house on wooden lookout Whales Factory of chapels, which, with time and the weather was was degrading and eventually crumble. A few years ago, the people of Ginetes built a house similar of that house. The whaling activity was for many years one of the main sources of wealth of the Azores, and the livelihood of many families. Even today we can see the old "Whale Factory" in Wells St. Vincent Ferreira.
Here it is possible to enjoy the wonderful "Sunset Sun".
