Geocache Description:

Hope you enjoy the new caches. Now for a little rhetoric to get my word count up. If you do not want to play just read the hint. If gadget caches frustrate you, let a friend do it and call them on the phone to get the combo or just ask me.

The sixth in the series, question is do you have the stuff to overcome  the attraction...

The news is true,   He's Back! Grumpy has reopened the shop and this is the sixth of the series of  the new  "The Best of Baradam" caches. With that theme in place we started with a micro, any ways a kind of a micro just to remind everyone of those day however we'll try and break it up some. You'll be looking for something  larger again this time but it isn't the container that will baffle you but the technique in which it takes to retrieve the combination to the door lock. Yep, if you have done the others this is not the same. Listen to this, "DON'T Bring your own pen, a typical baradam epitaph set  aside for this cache and remember no swearing, also an overbeaten myth.... The trees have delicate leaves you know. These are all physical gadget caches and don't expect to swoop and run. Please no geotools they just send the cache in for repairs and everything you need is provided except "PATIENTS" and that you need to bring.

The shop is open and the creative juices are flowing, along with the no electrical juices on this one but the field of attraction is present. The only question is "How do you get in?" Don't scare the foul and please no geotools otherwise it will mess up the works. But I will say Grumpy actually made it easier. Now find the combination, yes this time it is actually numbers and the correct solution is all lined up for you. Please set everything back to where you found it and close the door.

The "Key Attraction" Key Attraction

Ok, another birdy has got you. Yes, the wooden shed is up but the question will be,"Do you have the Attraction, that is ump to get it in motion." First you will see all this numbers, numbers everywhere on this chickadee's birdhouse and then the question will come, "What's that Nitwit got up his sleeve now?"

So, let's see. Yes once again, if your the adventurous type you have just leaped off the page and got a few brain cramps of your own. Or is it now a stroke of genius? There is a key, "Where is the key"? There are numbers, "Numbers for what?". Oh, maybe for the lock? We have the words attraction and key from in the title, "What key?" and that metal is attracted by "What?" Any guess at this point, Grumpy's personality? Maybe! Nope, but Close. Yes, your more than welcome to start now, after the cache HI HO, off we go....

Now the more respectful of baradam caches, one may want to ponder a few more subtle lines of type.

Code to Unlock

  • Seems the first thing is to figure out the title.
  • This cache uses a magnetic attraction, "The Key" is the main interest and hind behind the wood knot.
  • Then it becomes a case of gradation, two lines of separation on the cache  for the numbers. The top row is the top number and so, on.
  • Ok, now comes the time of graduation, if you gradate and spin the wheels the latch should snap.
  • Remember, top to bottom, right to left and your reading will be without a head ache.

So, every thing you need is on the cache.

REMEMBER, place the lock back so the red face of the lock faces out otherwise the next person has to use a mirror. Numbers are top to bottom and rotate the lock clockwise looking from the top.

Put everything back after signing the log and this cache has lots of room for swag and traders. Also, if things go wrong email for a hint or if it needs repair.

This cache was placed for the CITO even of April 2015
