Geocache Description:

The City of Janesville has placed this geocache to encourage citizens and visitors to get outdoors and experience all that our amazing parks and trails have to offer! This cache has been placed to celebrate Earth Day 2015, and is brought to you by the City of Janesville, Sustainable Janesville Committee. We hope you will venture out to this one on your bike!

This cache location will take you past Rotary Gardens and Lions Beach, onto the Ice Age Trail heading south of the City. As you cross the stream, take the opportunity to check out the trees that have been fallen by the beavers who inhabit the area. You'll head off onto a 'goat trail' for a mere 50 feet or so, where you will be able to check out great views of Spring Brook! (Don't forget to do a thorough tick check at the end of your day).
