Delgatie Castle and surrounding Delgaty woodland is a favourite spot of ours - there are a network of mapped paths as well as well-walked interconnecting paths - great for dog walking and mountain biking. The woods are jam packed with wildlife and a very loud woodpecker helped us pick this spot!
This cache is hidden close to a level path, with a slight scramble up a bank and designed to be ideal for children, it is a round clip-lock container with space for swappables, but bring your own pen. Happy hunting!
