Pasco GeoFest is a two-day event; Saturday is "Cacher Day" and Sunday is "Family Day". Come for one day, or join us for the entire weekend of fun. There will be food, geocaching, games, and lots of time to visit with your fellow cachers. Pasco GeoFest "Cacher Day" is for competition cache hunting. No lunch will be served, so bring a picnic lunch if you like. We will have drinking water, soda and snacks for sale.
This will be the inaugural year for "Starkey WilderQuest" - a team geocaching trail challenge. Our course is designed with help from FloridaPanther, member of the "Serenova Squad" - winners of the Florida Finder's Fest Guantlet in 2014. Join us at the end of "Cacher Day" to relax around the campfire and reminisce about the day's adventures. At 6:00 pm we will be having a "Campfire Cookout" in the group tent camping area. We'll be glad to share our campfire if you bring your own vittles. But if you want us to feed you, we will provide hot dogs, buns, marshmallows, potato chips ... and a stick to roast your dog or marshmallows - for $5.00 ($4.00 for kids). We will have a table for trading or discovering trackables or geocoins on both days of the event. And two of your favorite geocaching stores will be there with all kinds of geocaching goodies on both days.
