Geocache Description:

Little did my kids know that they were creating a monster when they introduced me to caching.

I discovered this cool little trail while out caching this winter. There is a lot of water now that it is spring. Water proof foot wear is advisable

About the Trail Located on the unopened road allowance between Brumwell St. and the 5th Line of Smith, the Bridgenorth Trail is 2.3 km long, lined with native trees, and boasts a peaceful and tranquil setting amidst the Miller Creek Wetlands. There are benches situated along the Trail to provide scenic and comfortable resting spots as needed. Trail heads located at Brumwell Street and the 5th Line feature parking, and a large trail map identifies local points of interest. Users are expected to police their dogs and the Peterborough Humane Society enforces municipal by-laws regulating Dogs Running at Large and Stoop & Scoop; appropriate phone numbers will be posted along the trail. We invite you to experience this scenic trail for a leisurely stroll, an energizing run or a relaxing bike ride. Whatever your choice, be sure to visit the Bridgenorth Trail, a healthy community is a happy community!
