This cache is part of a drive/cycleby series from Ebchester to Currock Hill on mostly country lanes with pullins at or near all caches,some of the lanes are narrow so take care if you have children and or dogs with you.
A shadow of its former self, the now disused local factory a mainstay for transient employment for many years,lots of local people worked there for short periods between less arduous jobs(stacking hot tiles from the ovens all day was not fun).The main resorce from the sand quarry being worked out now like many in the area.
