諏訪神社の棟札二枚

棟札とは建造物を新築または改築した時などの記録を書いた板のことです。この諏訪大神社には多くの棟札が残されておりますが建保５年（１１２７）と元亀２年(１５７１)の棟札が指定されています。前者は高さ８９．３ｃｍ幅２６．８ｃｍで、「倭文(しずり)神社保坂大明神御修復建保５丑(１２１７)正月１１日」、後者は高さ６４．２ｃｍ、幅２７．２ｃｍで、「大旦那武田信玄再建立(中略)元亀辛未２歳(１５７１)３月２６日」とあり、度重なる修復や建て替えを知ることができる貴重な資料です。

諏訪神社の石棒一基

御神体として祀られている石棒は、高さ４２ｃｍ、直径２０ｃｍ円筒形で上部が丸くなっており、倭文神社大同２年(８０７)」と刻まれています。
この石棒は縄文時代中期に作られたものを土中から掘り起こし、祀ったのではないかと考えられ、大同２年に銘文が刻まれたという根拠はありませんが、古くから御神体として祀られていたのではないかと思われます。
