This cache is at the Newly built Madeira Beach Rec.
This cache is contained by the restrooms and water fountains at the new ROC park in Madeira. Don't worry there is lots of parking nearby. There can be lots of people during baseball games in the evening during the week so don't look too suspicious. Otherwise usually there is not very many people around and it's pretty quiet. It's a very nice brand new park so come and check it out, the cache is available at all times. Also there is a nice FTF prize so don't wait....Enjoy😜
