Geocache Description:

The Meldrim train disaster killed 23 people on June 28, 1959 when tanker cars flipped off the trestle over the Ogeechee river and exploded.

 

 

This cache will take you as far as you can go today on the eastern side of where the tanker cars exploded on the old trestle. BYOP.
