Did you know that over 75% of people charged with crimes are poor enough to qualify for a court appointed attorney?  This cache in Consitution Park is named after one of our favorite amendments to the U.S. Constitution: the Sixth.  The Sixth Amendment provides "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right . . . to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."
