In Hong Kong, the shop's rent of shopping malls are high. Small shops can not afford the high rental fee, that is why in Hong Kong, the shops in shopping malls are chain stores/restaurants.
Same story happened in shopping mall near this cache: a department store had open, and closed down. Due to the surrounding is a low-income community, no more department store willing to rent the shopping mall. After a year with empty space, the shopping mall was divided into many small shops for rent. At the result, small businesses set up in the shopping mall till now.
Due to the high-rise buildings of surrounding, the GPSr may be off.
