The 1st and 10th tee golfers tee off the back of a old truck and the 5th and 14th tee is off a old boat filled with soil. Golf is played on Wednesdays and Sundays, it is probably not a good idea to visit this cache on those days, as you do not know where a stray ball could land. Golfers if you do not have your clubs with you, you will be able to hire some on golf days.
The area is about 75 kilometers from Lighting Ridge or Walgett. The surrounding Opal fields are Sheepyards, Grawin and Glengarry with 3 pubs Glengary Hilton, the Club in the Scrub and Sheepyards where you can have a nice meal while joining the locals for a drink or 2.

Caravan and camp grounds are available in the area, it is nice to stay and get to know the local mining community. Always respect private property and do not go looking for opals on claims.
The cache is hidden near the 7th green but not on the course, a local miner will be attending to maintenance on this geocache as required. The container has a log book, pen and swaps. Follow the signs to the golf course. Be careful of snakes and wildlife
